During our recent family vacation in Vernazza, we stayed at Gianni Franzi, a cozy spot that offered us a unique glimpse into the charm of this seaside village. Our check-in was straightforward, despite the reception closing midweek. A quick call got us someone to help us right away. The room we had was basic but clean, with a sea view I could catch if I leaned out the window - delightful for a marine biologist like myself! a heads-up about the extensive stairs would have been appreciated, especially as my little one was with us. Climbing 135 steps to our room was quite the workout, particularly with our family luggage. The breakfast spread wasn't extensive, but the pastries were well-received by my child. The breakfast terrace was lovely, ideal for a start to the day. There was easy access to the harbor and local restaurants, as well as family-friendly activities nearby.
